Vendor Booth Space at West Coast Thunder Vendor Village 2025

10' x 10' Vendor Booth 

Join us in historic Downtown Riverside for the West Coast Thunder Vendor Village on May 26, 2025. The Vendor Village will be open to the general public from 10am to 3pm.Pricing and information to become a vendor:

• $100 per 10' x 10' space

Purchase additional 10' x 10' spaces if you require a 10' x 20', 10' x 30', etc. (up to a 10' x 70' booth maximum).Please note: The following items will not be allowed for sale at the Vendor Village:

• Weapons of any kind. This includes pocket knives and other knives of any style
• Tobacco products of any kind, including e-cigarettes
• Alcohol products of any kind
• Any product with chains, including wallets

A copy of your valid Riverside business license and Seller's Permit will be required for all vendors.

Please note, purchasing a vendor space will not include registration to the Memorial Day Motorcycle Ride nor will it allow access inside the concert venue. Restrooms will be provided.

More details, including credentialing and load-in and out procedures will be communicated by West Coast Thunder Foundation staff after vendor application submitted.
