Food Booth Space 

Join us in historic Downtown Riverside for the West Coast Thunder Vendor Village on May 26, 2025. The Vendor Village will be open to the general public from 10am to 3pm.

Pricing and information to become a Food Vendor:

  • $100 - 10' x 10' space
  • $200 - 10' x 20' space
  • $300 - 10' x 30' space

Please note: Alcohol products of any kind are not allowed for sale in the Vendor Village.

A copy of your valid Riverside business license and Seller's Permit will be required for all vendors.

If you are serving food & drink, each staff member must have on display a Food Handlers Card and/or Food Handlers Certification issued by the County of Riverside Department of Environmental Health. Additionally, any required permits to operate a food booth must also be on display. All food safety guidelines must be followed at all times.

Please note, purchasing a food booth space will not include registration to the Memorial Day Motorcycle Ride nor will it allow access inside the concert venue.  Restrooms will be provided.

More details, including credentialing and load-in and out procedures will be communicated by West Coast Thunder Foundation staff after vendor application submitted.
